Hi! We’re the Beadles–Eric, Liz, Quinn, and Gipper (arf!)–and we’ve been living in Hamilton (Highland Park) for three years. A relatively short time, yes, but we’re not unfamiliar with the area. Eric grew up in Fairfield, OH and attended Sacred Heart (go Trojans) and Hamilton-Badin High School (the Herd). On the flip side, Liz grew up in Houston, TX and she still refers to herself as a Texas ex-pat. Milillo’s Pizza could be the only thing keeping her in Ohio. Just kidding. Ohio has been home since 2006 when we met playing beer pong at the University of Dayton. Soon after graduation, we moved to Lansing, MI and then Washington, D.C., (finding time to get married and adopt a precious fur-baby Gipper). However, Ohio kept calling our names and in 2014 we accepted jobs in Cincinnati. Our threesome expanded to four when in 2016 Quinn came along.

We consider this blog a family affair and we’re excited to introduce Quinn to some of our favorite Hamilton spots as well as discover and uncover what Hamilton has to offer. Hamilton is our home, and we want to share our Hamilton pride with all of you.
